Join us for an intentionally designed workout to train effectively whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or trying to conceive. This class is NOT about "staying lean through pregnancy" or "getting your body back" after birth. This is about training intentionally for birth, preparing for the physical demands of motherhood, and rehabilitating postpartum. Single classes and 10 classes packages are available.
This class will be held on Wednesdays from 6-7pm from March 13 through May 8.
