Now that you’ve brought a baby into the world, it’s time to rehab your body, mind & soul. This series is designed for women who are a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum. In this 8-session group training series, you will heal your core and train your entire body through safe, effective functional movement with the intention to reconnect, reintegrate and rebuild. Come prepared to move, sweat, & connect with other new mamas. Non-mobile babies welcome.

You and your birth partner will become educated & prepared for birth. You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, connection & mindset. You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work. You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan.

This 8 week Postpartum Rehab Intensive will consist of the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow and the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series. The intention of this 12 week course is to heal body, mind and soul from pregnancy and birth in a progressive way. The first 4 weeks will focus on establishing a functional breathing pattern and a solid understanding of how your core works, how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor and how to incorporate this into basic human movements and every day life tasks. The second 4 weeks will expand on those skills and begin to add more load and more complex movements, building strength, endurance and fitness.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow will run on Tuesdays May 21-June 11 from 1-2pm.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series will run on Tuesdays from 1-2pm and Fridays from 2-3pm June 14-July 12.

We will not have class on July 5. The 8 Week Postpartum Rehab Intensive consists of 12 total classes.

BIRTHFIT Boulder Motherhood Summit

Join us for a morning dedicated to you, mama! We will breathe, move, share and learn together. Find or grow your tribe of powerful women!

This event is open to anyone and everyone! Women, men, mothers, grandmothers, and professionals who support the motherhood and parenthood transition! Babies and children are welcome.

Ticket includes 1 drink ticket (coffee, cocktails, beer, kombucha) and raffle tickets. Food trucks will be available all day.

12 Week Postpartum Rehab Intensive- KJ CrossFit

This 12 week Postpartum Rehab Intensive will consist of the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow, the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series and the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series Level 2. The intention of this 12 week course is to heal body, mind and soul from pregnancy and birth in a progressive way. The final 4 weeks will being to add more strength, endurance and conditioning onto the solid foundation you have built.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow will run on Thursdays through the month of April from 130-230pm.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series will run on Thursdays from 130-230pm and Saturdays from 1130am-12pm throughout the month of May, with the exception of May 15 and 18.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Level 2 will run on Thursdays from 130-230pm through the month of June.
