BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series- EMPIRE FITNESS Westminster, CO

Now that you’ve brought a baby into the world, it’s time to rehab your body, mind & soul. In this 8-session group training series, you will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, & enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks. Come prepared to move, sweat, & connect with other new mamas. Non-mobile babies welcome.

It is recommended that every participant schedule a BIRTHFIT Basics Consultation, either in-person or over the phone, with Breanne before attending the Postpartum Series. Contact us to schedule a consult before submitting payment.

This class will run Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm and Saturdays from 11:30am-1pm throughout the month of January.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow is a gentle, yet intentional movement development class based on the BIRTHFIT Functional Progression and developmental kinesiology. 

Ideal for moms 4-6 weeks postpartum and anyone with the desire to reset and establish a solid foundation through intentional, innate movement. 

This class is a great lead-in to the original BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series.

This is a 12 hour childbirth education course for you and your birth partner. It will run from 9am-4pm on Saturday February 23rd and Sunday February 24th at Peake Wellness Center in Greeley, CO.

Through this class, you and your birth partner will become educated , empowered, connected and prepared for birth. You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, connection & mindset, and learn how they apply to pregnancy, birth & postpartum. You will discover your own birth desires and become equipped with the knowledge to make informed decisions that are in line with your values. You will learn all about the stages of labor, medical interventions, comfort techniques for labor, and develop a postpartum plan so that you can navigate the motherhood transition feeling supported and prepared.

Join us for an intentionally designed workout to train effectively whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or trying to conceive. This class is NOT about "staying lean through pregnancy" or "getting your body back" after birth. This is about training intentionally for birth, preparing for the physical demands of motherhood, and rehabilitating postpartum. Single classes and 10 classes packages are available.

This class will be held on Thursdays from 9:15am-10:15am throughout the month of March.
