This 12 week Postpartum Rehab Intensive will consist of the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow, the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series and the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series Level 2. The intention of this 12 week course is to heal body, mind and soul from pregnancy and birth in a progressive way. The first 4 weeks will focus on establishing a functional breathing pattern and a solid understanding of how the core works, how to properly engage the core and pelvic floor and how to incorporate this into basic human movements and every day life tasks. The second 4 weeks will expand on those skills and begin to add more load and more complex movements. The final 4 weeks will being to add more strength, endurance and conditioning onto the solid foundation you have built.
The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow will run on Thursdays through the month of April from 130-230pm.
The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series will run on Thursdays from 130-230pm and Saturdays from 1130am-12pm throughout the month of May, with the exception of May 15 and 18.
The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Level 2 will run on Thursdays from 130-230pm through the month of June.
